Intractable disease designations Designated physicians for intractable diseases, associate designated physicians, and designated physicians for chronic paediatric conditions. 難病指定医

The outpatient session count is the attribute clients tend not to expect. It separates the physician who holds a title from the physician who is in clinic four days a week.

Joined to the facility database, the same record answers the question one level up: not just which physician, but which hospital and which group to approach.

How it is delivered

Lead time	Two weeks as standard. Tell us if you need it sooner.
Format	CSV, UTF-8, tab-separated.
Transfer	OneDrive or FTPS as standard. Upload to your AWS S3 bucket on request.
Scope	You set the physician population and the departments you want; you do not have to buy the whole country.
Contract	Data is delivered after the SCUEL master agreement is signed electronically.
Matching	Records match to the physician identifiers commonly used in the Japanese pharmaceutical industry, so SCUEL attributes can be appended to a list you already hold. Our matching service (SCUEL MDM) handles the join.

Start with a free sample, then run a paid trial scoped to one region or one sales territory. Depending on the region and the intended use, a non-disclosure agreement or a provisional contract may be required first. This database describes physicians in their professional capacity from published sources; tell us the destination country and the intended use when you enquire, and we will confirm what we can supply and under what terms before you spend anything.
